What a small world
A few weeks ago, Mac called us to schedule his portrait session for his business newsletter. He was referred to us from a former bride of ours. We are always very delighted to work with referral clients. Little did we know how small this world really is! About half way through the shoot, he just yelled out, “Oh my God… I know you guys. You are my neighbors.” We took a deeper look. Oh my God…yes… we were beyond embarrassed that we did not recognize our own neighbor! Mac lives just 2 houses down from us in the cul-ti-sac. We waved at each other a million times when we drove past his house. It’s just a small world we finally meet face to face this way, without knowing that we are neighbors. I just thought it’s a little funny story. Without further ado, here are some of the highlights:

Allison & Michael e.session
Allison and Michael wanted the first part of their engagement session to have an old Hollywood feel. The session was full of fun and laughter.

Virginia & Chris
Virginia & Chris got hitched and we are so honored to be part of their big day. Thanks to everyone in the wedding party. It was a warm day but everyone acted like a trooper and bared with us to get some of these awesome shots:

Chris cracked a joke and she couldn’t resist burst out laughing…

Time to party…

Two of many many irresistible Italian cookies. Guests were in for a treat.

Whitney and Michael
I know I haven’t been updating the blog in the last couple weeks as I was feeling a bit sick lately… anyway, I am planning to catch up this week so I will start with an engagement session. Michael brought us to his favorite golf course in Kansas City to take this series of pictures. The location can’t be any more beautiful.
